Berry Uttapam

Ingredients –

Salt to taste
1 tablespoon.
50 ml water

For filling — onions, tomatoes, paneer coriander leaves


1. In a bowl blend the wheat germ flour, salt & HERSHEY’S Strawberry Flavored Syrup

To make uttapum

1. Place a non stick dosa tawa on medium heat, let the tawa heat up
2. Distribute the batter
3. Add the filling of your choice
4. Apply cook & butter on both sides
5. Serve hot with a spicy chutney
